About Us
As Managing Director of Foireann Project Services, I am utilising my 20+ years of experience gained from managing significant programmes of work across Ireland and Australia. I am vastly experienced in the management of consultant teams with particular abilities relating to the management of large scale design teams, providing them direction and acting as the key link between client and consultant.
I can manage budgets effectively, ensuring adherence to key objectives such as programme, quality and health and safety.
My understanding of project delivery from inception, through to operator handover, lends itself to a more open and engaged team.
My role with ALDI Stores Australia also extended to specialising in the supply chain management of goods, not for resale. Implementing and supporting the tender process and ensuring all goods and services were sourced in the most efficient, cost-effective manner by selecting the best suppliers for the business.
