Property and Construction project delivery.
Our work involves taking the strain off clients shoulders. We do this by taking on the management of any property development and servicing the interests of the developers, investors, owner occupiers or tenants who engage us.
We see a project through its entire life cycle from planning, approvals, funding and delivery.
Our strength lies in developing the brief, engaging with affected Stakeholders, identifying and managing risks, procuring the Consultants and Contractors, managing and reporting on the construction and handover process.
Client’s representative. Some procurement systems include the role of client’s representative. This is the person responsible for managing the project on behalf of the client. This may be an individual from within the client’s organisation, or may be a consultant, such as an architect, surveyor, engineer or project manager. We have extensive experience in acting as the Clients Representative across various sectors and sizes of projects. Providing detailed progress reports on costs and programmes.
Working with the Client to identify people, groups or organisations that can impact or will be impacted by the results of a projects. It is used to analyse expectations, collect feedback and develop management and engagement strategies to involve those parties in key decision stages.
Site Identification, Site Acquisition, 3rd Party Negotiations.
Site selection and acquisition is crucial when the client does not own the site to be developed. it should be undertaken as early as possible, ideally in parallel with feasibility studies. Foireann Projects will be able to carry out this on behalf of clients.
We work with landlords to maximise the potential of their assets and, through our retail delivery service, we help tenants design and deliver spaces to the highest possible standards.
By placing tenants at the heart of our process we ensure they have a positive impact on the scheme, both aesthetically and commercially, whilst benefiting from our guidance and input. Throughout this process we share best practice, enhancing the tenant’s opportunities for commercial success and a long and prosperous tenancy.
